Cost starting at 1200.00 (250 guests or less)

Weddings Over 250 guests additional 200.00 will be added for assistant coordinator

• Monthly meetings to unsure we are on schedule and budget.
• Assistance with set up and clean up.
• Assist with wedding design 
• Light Set up of your decorations (less then 2 hours)
• Creation of floor plan
• Planning assistance- help in selecting vendors and reviewing contracts.
• Vendor management and coordination 
• 2-3 vendor meetings if needed
• Timeline creation and distribution 
• Access to my fully stocked emergency kit 
• 1 hour wedding rehearsal 
• Full day of coordination. I will be there from beginning to end to unsure your day runs smoothly.
• Planning starts 8-12 months before wedding date.

Cost starting at 1800.00 (250 guest or less)

Weddings over 250 additional 200.00 will be added for assistant coordinator.

• Additional travel fee ( any travel over 30 miles) - 0.50 per mile will be added for each trip.
• Any weddings over 1 hour away from Austin you will be responsible for coordinator lodging 1-2 nights depending on the wedding itinerary. These fees are subject to the local hotel rates and will be in the initial contract.
• Full setup of decorations- $200.00 (additional assistant is required to ensure everything runs smoothly)
•  Rehearsal dinner coordination-  $300.00
