Micro weddings and Elopement package

What's included

  • Assistance with set up and clean up.
  • Vendor management and coordination as well as reviewing contracts and payment reminders.
  • Timeline creation and distribution 
  • 1 venue walk through 
  • 1 hour wedding rehearsal 
  • Full day of coordination. I will be there from beginning to end to unsure your day runs smoothly.
  • Access to my fully stocked emergency kit 
  • Planning starts 3 months before wedding date.

Cost starting at- 850.00 - maximum of 50 guests 

Guest Count Policy

The Micro Wedding Planning Package is designed for celebrations with a maximum of 50 guests.

If the final guest count exceeds 50 guests, the following pricing will apply:

• Guests 51–55: An additional fee of $70 per guest will be charged.

56 guests or more: The event will no longer qualify as a Micro Wedding. The package will automatically be upgraded to the Full Coordination Package 

 

Day of wedding coordination

What's included

  • Planning assistance- help in selecting vendors and reviewing contracts.
  • Vendor management and coordination

  • Venue walk through 
  • Floor plan creation
  • 1 vendor meeting included
  • 1 hour wedding rehearsal 
  • Full day of coordination. I will be there from beginning to end to unsure your day runs smoothly.
  • Access to my fully stocked emergency kit 
  • Planning starts 4 months before wedding date.

Cost starting at 1200.00 (250 guests or less)

This package is designed for weddings with up to 250 guests. Events exceeding 250 guests will incur an additional coordination fee of up to $200 to accommodate the increased planning and coordination required.

Full Service Wedding Planning

What's Included

  • Initial consultation and follow-up meetings to discuss your vision, preferences, and unique needs.
  • Monthly planning meetings to ensure your wedding stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Assistance with wedding design and overall event styling.
  • Planning support, including: 
  • Vendor recommendations and research.
  • Obtaining vendor quotes.
  • Scheduling vendor meetings.
  • Reviewing contracts.
  • Payment reminder assistance.
  • Vendor management and coordination from start to finish.
  • Up to 3 vendor meetings, including venue tours if desired.
  • 1 venue walkthrough for planning and logistical purposes.
  • Hotel room block research, negotiation, setup, and coordination for out-of-town guests.
  • Custom floor plan creation.
  • Detailed wedding day timeline creation and distribution to all vendors.
  • Light setup of your personal décor (up to 2 hours).
  • Assistance with event setup and cleanup coordination.
  • 1-hour wedding rehearsal coordination.
  • Access to my fully stocked wedding day emergency kit.
  • Full-day wedding coordination, with me on-site from the beginning of your day until the end, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Additional fees & Add on Services

Add on Services 

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination-  $300.00
  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination Combo — $500

    This package includes professional coordination for your rehearsal dinner plus one additional pre- or post-wedding event, such as a bridal brunch, welcome dinner, or farewell gathering. We’ll help manage the details, timeline, and logistics to ensure each celebration flows smoothly and allows you to enjoy these special moments with your loved ones.

  • Timeline & Floorplan creation- $350.00
  • Full Wedding Décor Setup Package — $250-                                                                               Let us help bring your wedding vision to life with professional setup of your décor items and design details. This service includes arranging your decorations according to your vision and providing additional support to help ensure setup is completed smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule before your celebration begins.
  • Room Block Management and coordination- $200

Additional Fees

  • Additional travel fee ( any travel over 30 miles) - 0.50 per mile will be added for each trip.
  • Any weddings over 1 hour away from Austin you will be responsible for coordinator lodging 1-2 nights depending on the wedding itinerary. These fees are subject to the local hotel rates and will be in the initial contract.
  • Guest Count Overage Policy

    If your final guest count exceeds the maximum number of guests included in your selected package, an additional fee will apply for the first 5 guests over the package limit. If the guest count exceeds this allowance, your package will automatically be upgraded to the next available package level to accommodate your event needs.
